Redken Scholarship Awarded
to Kristen Lorang
July 2010 (Great Falls, MT) – In celebration of Redken’s 50th Anniversary, ten salon professionals won the opportunity to sharpen their professional edge with a $5,000 scholarship to The Salon Professional Academy (TSPA). Kristen Lorang from Great Falls, MT won one of the scholarships from Redken, and will participate in innovative classes taught by the industry’s most sought-after educators.
Kristen will use this scholarship towards TSPA tuition fees, books and supplies needed to complete training at Great Falls, MT TSPA location]. Kristen Lorang was chosen by the Redken Scholarship Advisory Board based on her application, and educational and career goals.
“The scholarship targets students with the drive and willingness to succeed,” says Jodi Ellingson, senior vice president of TSPA Marketing and Advertising. “Redken and TSPA groom the hair industry’s best graduates, who complete the curriculum with an 85% grade average,” adds Ellingson.
